The refund guarantee does not include services other than web hosting services (domain registration/transfer, VPS/VDS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, co-location, licensing, software, etc.). Domains, VPS/VDS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, co-location, licenses, and software services cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be given for these services.
All refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
The refund guarantee does not cover accounts suspended/terminated due to non-compliance with the service agreement.
Each user can only request a refund for the first service they purchase. For example, if you have previously purchased/are currently purchasing a service from BEF Hosting and you purchase a second service, the refund guarantee does not apply to that second service.
